Arrangements during Bad Weather Conditions
[IET YPEC 2025]
Announcement: Postponement Due to Adverse Weather Conditions
Dear Participants
Due to the latest
weather forecast and the anticipated impact of severe weather conditions, we
regret to inform you that YPEC2025, originally scheduled for 20
July 2025, will be postponed. This decision has been made in
accordance with the Hong Kong Observatory s warnings, with the safety of all
participants as our highest priority. In addition, the severe weather
conditions would significantly impact the integrity, fairness, and smooth
conduct of YPEC 2025. Therefore, on behalf of the organising committee of
YPEC 2025, I am writing to announce the postponement of the event. The
rescheduled date is tentatively planned for Mid-October. We will share further
details and updated arrangements with you as soon as possible. To encourage
innovation and continuous improvement, participants are welcome to revise their
presentation posters, materials, and videos. Please feel free to re-submit your
updated materials to [email protected] We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your
understanding and support. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact us at [email protected] .
Thank you for your
attention, and please stay safe.
Best regards,
YPEC Organising Committee
